Instructions

Cook the Rice

Cook rice according to package instructions.

Set aside once done.

Steam or Blanch Broccoli

Steam broccoli until tender but still bright green, about 3–4 minutes.

Alternatively, blanch in boiling water for 2–3 minutes and drain.

Sauté Aromatics
