Crab Rangoon Dip
This creamy and savory Crab Rangoon Dip is a delightful twist on the classic appetizer, bringing together the rich flavors of crab, cream cheese, and seasonings into a warm and irresistible dip. Ingredients:
* 2 cups crab meat
* 16 oz. cream cheese (2 blocks)
* ½ cup sour cream
* 4 green onions, chopped
* 1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
* 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
* ½ teaspoon garlic powder
* ½ teaspoon lemon juice
Directions:
1. Soften the cream cheese by microwaving it for about a minute, until it’s easy to mix.
2. Chop the green onions and add them to the softened cream cheese along with the 2 cups of crab meat.
3.Stir in the sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, powdered sugar, garlic powder, and lemon juice.
4. Mix everything together until well combined.
5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
6. Serve the dip hot with chips or fried wontons for a crunchy accompaniment.
