Notes:

  • The way each air fryer cooks varies. various air fryers may have various cooking times. For these cobblers, if you’re not sure how long to cook them in your particular air fryer, start checking for doneness after 7 minutes.
  • Top these cobblers with a dollop of rich vanilla ice cream. The warm cobbler and the cold ice cream have the ideal textures and flavours together!
  • You can thicken the consistency of your peaches by adding an additional teaspoon or two of cornflour if they are very juicy.

When making peach cobbler, should I peel the peaches?

When making peach cobbler, most people like to peel the peaches. I peel the peaches to achieve the ideal soft texture because I find that the skin can be quite rough.
For cobbler, are canned or frozen peaches preferable?
I usually advise using frozen peaches instead of canned ones as the syrup used to preserve the canned fruit raises its sugar content.
