Ingredients

Step 1: Marinate the Chicken

Heat a grill pan over medium heat.

Grill chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through.

Option 2 – Pan-sear:

Heat a skillet with 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat.

Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
