Ginger–Garlic–Onion Immunity Mix
Ingredients
- 1 small onion (grated)
- 1–2 inch fresh ginger (grated)
- 3–4 cloves garlic (crushed or grated)
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2–3 tbsp raw honey
Instructions
- Grate the onion and ginger into a bowl.
- Add crushed garlic.
- Pour in lemon juice.
- Add honey and mix everything well.
- Let it sit for 10–15 minutes so the juices combine.
- Store in a clean jar in the fridge (lasts ~3–5 days).
How to Take It
- Take 1 teaspoon per day (as you mentioned)
- Best taken in the morning on an empty stomach
- You can also mix it into warm (not hot) water or tea
Important Notes
- This mix may help with immunity, digestion, and inflammation, but it does NOT cure diseases like diabetes
- If you have stomach sensitivity, start with a smaller amount
- Not recommended for very young children or people with certain medical conditions without checking a doctor
