Ginger–Garlic–Onion Immunity Mix

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion (grated)
  • 1–2 inch fresh ginger (grated)
  • 3–4 cloves garlic (crushed or grated)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2–3 tbsp raw honey

 Instructions

  1. Grate the onion and ginger into a bowl.
  2. Add crushed garlic.
  3. Pour in lemon juice.
  4. Add honey and mix everything well.
  5. Let it sit for 10–15 minutes so the juices combine.
  6. Store in a clean jar in the fridge (lasts ~3–5 days).

How to Take It

  • Take 1 teaspoon per day (as you mentioned)
  • Best taken in the morning on an empty stomach
  • You can also mix it into warm (not hot) water or tea

 Important Notes

  • This mix may help with immunity, digestion, and inflammation, but it does NOT cure diseases like diabetes
  • If you have stomach sensitivity, start with a smaller amount
  • Not recommended for very young children or people with certain medical conditions without checking a doctor
