For the Cucumber Sauce

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

½ cucumber, grated

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp fresh dill or mint, chopped

Salt & black pepper, to taste

For the Wraps

4 large Greek pita breads

1 cucumber, thinly sliced

1 tomato, sliced

½ red onion, thinly sliced

½ cup romaine or mixed greens

Optional: crumbled feta cheese or kalamata olives

Instructions

Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Add chicken, coat well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours).

Cook the Chicken

Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).

Rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.

Make the Cucumber Sauce
