 Ingredients 

Vegetables & Protein

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup cauliflower florets

2 chicken or turkey sausages, sliced

1½ cups cottage cheese

¼ cup Greek yogurt

2 eggs

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried oregano

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Topping

¼ cup grated Parmesan or kefalotyri cheese

 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Lightly grease a medium baking dish.

2️⃣ Prepare vegetables and sausage

Steam broccoli and cauliflower for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender.

Slice sausages and cook lightly in a pan for 2–3 minutes.

Combine vegetables and sausage in the baking dish.

3️⃣ Make creamy sauce

In a bowl, whisk cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, eggs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until smooth.

4️⃣ Assemble gratin

Pour the sauce evenly over the vegetables and sausage.

Sprinkle Parmesan on top. Drizzle olive oil if desired.

5️⃣ Bake

Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, until set and lightly golden on top.
