Ingredients
Steak
300 g sirloin or ribeye, thinly sliced
Salt & black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
Shrimp
250 g shrimp, peeled & deveined
Salt & black pepper
Veggies
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
Savory Sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium)
1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ cup water or broth
Garnish
Fresh parsley or cilantro
Instructions
1. Sear the Steak
Heat a large skillet over high heat with olive oil.
Season steak with salt & pepper.
Sear 2–3 minutes, turning once, until browned and juicy.
Remove and set aside.
2. Cook the Shrimp
In the same skillet, add shrimp.
Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink.
Remove and set aside.
3. Saute Peppers
Lower heat to medium. Add butter and garlic; saute 30 seconds.
Add peppers and onion; cook 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
4. Finish & Sizzle
Stir in soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, and water.
Return steak and shrimp to the pan.
Toss 2–3 minutes until glossy and sizzling.
