Ingredients
For the Pasta:
12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or fettuccine)
1 teaspoon salt (for boiling water)
For the Cheeseburger Mixture:
1 lb ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional, for extra depth)
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
For the Alfredo Sauce:
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup whole milk
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
For Garnish:
Fresh parsley, chopped
Extra bacon crumbles
Shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
2. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
3. Drain and set aside.
2. Cook the Bacon & Beef
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
2. In the same skillet, add ground beef and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
3. Cook until browned and no longer pink, about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
3. Make the Alfredo Sauce
1. In a saucepan, put olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
2. Pour in heavy cream and milk, stirring until warm.
3. Whisk in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy. Simmer for 2 minutes.
4. Combine Everything
1. Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the cooked beef.
2. Pour in the Alfredo sauce, stirring to coat everything evenly.
3. Sprinkle in cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon, stirring until melted and combined
5. Serve & Garnish
Plate the pasta and top with extra bacon, cheddar cheese, and fresh parsley.
