Serve with bread: Arrange warm pita wedges or crusty bread on the side.

Optional finishing touch: Drizzle a little honey and chili flakes over the feta for a sweet-spicy twist.

Notes & Tips

For a heartier platter, add grilled halloumi, dolmas (stuffed grape leaves), or marinated chickpeas.

You can also roast some of the veggies (like peppers and zucchini) for a smoky flavor.

To make it extra elegant, garnish with edible flowers or pomegranate seeds.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I use crumbled feta instead of a block?
Yes, but a block looks more rustic and holds olive oil + spices better.

Q: How do I make it ahead of time?
Prep veggies and dips in advance, but assemble the platter just before serving to keep everything fresh.

Q: What drinks pair well?
Mint lemonade, chilled white wine, or sparkling water with citrus are perfect matches.
