300 g turkey breast, sliced or cubed

2 garlic cloves, minced

Vegetables
1 zucchini, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
½ red onion, sliced
½ cup cherry tomatoes
Finish
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

1. Season turkey:
Toss turkey with lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
2. Cook turkey:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet.

3. Cook vegetables:
In same pan, add zucchini, pepper, and onion.
Sauté 5–6 minutes until tender-crisp. Add tomatoes last.
4. Combine:
Return turkey to pan, toss everything together for 1–2 minutes.
