1 sheet puff pastry (thawed) or 6 sheets phyllo dough

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Filling
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Sauté onion for 2–3 minutes until soft.
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Mix in feta, oregano, parsley, pepper, and beaten egg.
Step 2: Prepare the Pastry
Using Puff Pastry:
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Roll out puff pastry and cut into 3-inch squares.
Using Phyllo Dough:
Brush each sheet lightly with oil or butter.
Layer 2 sheets together and cut into rectangles.
