Fuel your body like a champ with this all-in-one protein-packed meal bowl. Perfect for post-workout gains or just keeping it clean and delicious. Juicy rotisserie chicken meets creamy avocado, pan-seared egg whites, and fresh veggies in every bite.

:

1 rotisserie chicken leg quarter (skin-on for flavor, or remove for leaner version)

½ ripe avocado, sliced

1 large egg white (or 2 small ones)

1 cup broccoli florets (steamed or sautéed)

A handful of cherry tomatoes

A few leaves of romaine or baby greens

1 tsp olive oil (optional drizzle for avocado or tomatoes)

 

Salt and black pepper to taste

 

Optional: balsamic glaze or hot sauce for extra kick

Heat Things Up:

If using leftover chicken, warm it slightly in the microwave or pan to bring back the juiciness. Steam or sauté the broccoli with a pinch of salt.

 

Sear the Egg White:

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour in egg white and cook until edges crisp up slightly and the center is set (2–3 mins). Season lightly.

 

Assemble the Bowl:

Start with romaine at the bottom. Add your chicken to one side, pile on the broccoli and tomatoes, tuck in the avocado slices, and lay that perfect egg white in there like it’s the star of the show.

 

Finishing Touches:

Drizzle olive oil over the avocado, sprinkle salt and pepper all around, and hit it with a splash of balsamic glaze or hot sauce if you’re feelin’ spicy.
