Quick & Easy Garlic Butter Chicken
Serves: 2–3

Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts (or thighs), cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp (or olive oil)
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tp Italian seasoning (or mixed herbs
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: 1 tbsp lemon juice or chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Season the Chicken:
Toss the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Cook the Chicken:
Heat 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally until golden and cooked through.
Add Garlic & :
Reduce heat to medium.
Push chicken to one side of the pan, add remaining 1 tbsp butter and garlic to the empty side.
Sauté garlic for about 30 seconds, then stir everything together.
Optional Finish:
Add a splash of lemon juice or sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
