1 onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 carrot, julienned
2 cloves garlic, minced
Stir-Fry Sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium)
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
1 teaspoon vinegar or lemon juice
½ cup water
1 teaspoon cornstarch
Rice
1½ cups cooked white or brown rice
Crispy Fries
3 medium potatoes, cut into fries
1½ tablespoons oil
Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cook the Fries
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Toss fries with oil, salt, and pepper.
Bake 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway, until crisp and golden.
(Air-fry option: 190°C for 15–18 minutes.)
2. Make the Stir-Fry
Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and cook 4–5 minutes until lightly golden. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add onion, garlic, and vegetables. Stir-fry 3–4 minutes.
Whisk sauce ingredients; add to pan and simmer 2 minutes.
Return chicken, toss to coat, and cook 2–3 minutes until glossy and cooked through.
3. Assemble the Feast
Plate rice, spoon stir-fry over or beside it, and serve with crispy fries on the side.
