Ingredients:

1 cup cooked turkey (shredded or chopped)

1–2 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt (your choice)

1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)

1 stalk celery, chopped

1/4 red onion, finely chopped (or green onion)

Salt & pepper to tast

Optional add-ins:

Chopped apple or grapes

Crushed walnuts or almonds

A squeeze of lemon juice

Fresh herbs like parsley or dill

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix the mayo/yogurt, mustard (if using), salt, and pepper.

Add in turkey, celery, onion, and any extras you like.

Stir everything until well combined.

Serve on lettuce leaves, in a sandwich, or with crackers.
