Warm Baked Brie with Figs and Pecans

Ingredients

1 wheel of Brie cheese (8 oz)

4–5 fresh figs, sliced

¼ cup pecans, roughly chopped

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped

Pinch of cinnamon

Crackers, baguette slices, or apple slices (for serving)

 

Directions

 

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

 

Place the Brie on a small baking tray lined with parchment paper.

 

Arrange the sliced figs on top of the Brie.

 

Sprinkle chopped pecans over the figs.

 

In a small bowl, mix honey, maple syrup, rosemary, and cinnamon.

 

Drizzle the mixture over the Brie.

 

Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the Brie is soft and melty.

 

Serve immediately with crackers, baguette, or fruit slices.
