Roasted Vegetable and Sausage Dish
This Roasted Vegetable and Sausage Dish is a healthy and flavorful meal packed with vibrant colors and nutrients. It’s simple to prepare, requires minimal cooking time, and can be customized to fit different dietary preferences!
Ingredients:
* 1 red bell pepper, sliced
* 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
* 1 orange bell pepper, sliced
* 1 zucchini, sliced
* 1 cup broccoli florets
* 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into pieces
* 1 cup mushrooms, halved
* 1 sausage, sliced (choose your preferred type: chicken or turkey)
* 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 teaspoon chili powder️
* 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Onion & Herb seasoning
* 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Vegetable seasoning
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Place the sliced peppers, zucchini, broccoli, asparagus, mushrooms, and sausage in a large bowl.
3. Drizzle the vegetables and sausage with extra virgin olive oil.
4. Add garlic powder, chili powder, Mrs. Dash Onion & Herb seasoning, and Mrs. Dash Vegetable seasoning.
5. Toss everything together until evenly coated.
