  1. 1-2 large baking potatoes (400-500 g)
  2. 1 block of feta cheese (200 g)
  3. 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 g)
  4. 1 teaspoon dried thyme (1 g)
  5. 1 teaspoon dried oregano (1 g)
  6. 1 teaspoon salt (5 g)
  7. 1 teaspoon black pepper (2 g)
  8. 1 head garlic (top cut off)
  9. 1 lemon, quartered (100-120 g)
  10. 1 tablespoon honey (15 g)
  11. 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped (20 g)

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:

 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare the Ingredients:
  • Wash the potatoes (400-500 g) and cut them into wedges or halves.
  • Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Place the 200 g block of feta in the center of the baking sheet.
Season the Dish:
  • Drizzle the potatoes and feta with 2 tablespoons (30 g) olive oil.
  • Sprinkle evenly with 1 teaspoon dried thyme (1 g),
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano (1 g),
  • 1 teaspoon salt (5 g), and 1 teaspoon black pepper (2 g).
  • Add the head of garlic (top cut off) and the quartered lemon (100-120 g) to the baking sheet.
Bake:
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and soft, and the feta is creamy and slightly browned on top.
Finish the Dish:
Drizzle the baked dish with 1 tablespoon honey (15 g).
Garnish with 1/4 cup (20 g) chopped fresh basil for added flavor.
