Ingredients:
- 1 cup walnuts

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (380°F).
- In a food processor, add 1 cup of walnuts and blend until they reach a coarse, crumbly texture.
- Mash 2 ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until they are smooth and creamy. You can add a splash of lemon juice for extra flavor if desired.
- If you like, you can add optional ingredients like a pinch of ginger, tangerine peel, or a sprinkle of cinnamon to enhance the flavor.
- Combine the blended walnuts with the mashed bananas in the mixing bowl and mix well until you have a thick cookie dough.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the parchment paper, shaping them into cookie-sized portions.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 35 minutes or until the cookies turn golden brown.
