Clean & Lean Veggie-Egg Plate
Simple, satisfying, and seriously good for your gut. This one’s for when you want to eat clean without overthinking it — lightly steamed veggies and a protein boost from eggs, dressed up with seasoning love.
:
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup cauliflower florets
½ cup carrot sticks or thick slices
2 hard-boiled eggs
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional toppings: a drizzle of olive oil, dash of lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, or a sprinkle of nutritional yeast

Steam the Veggies:
In a steamer or microwave-safe dish, cook the broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots for about 4–6 minutes until tender-crisp. Don’t overcook — keep that vibrant color!
Boil the Eggs:
If not already prepped: place eggs in cold water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 9–10 minutes. Cool in ice water before peeling.
Season It Up:
Arrange veggies and sliced eggs on a plate. Season everything generously with salt and pepper. Boost flavor with lemon juice, paprika, or a sprinkle of garlic powder. Olive oil or nutritional yeast = next level.
