This recipe is light and nutritious yet still flavorful, making it ideal for summer.

A few months back, I was searching for fresh ways to spice up my lunch routine and came across this recipe. This recipe appealed to me since it is so easy to prepare, requiring just a few ingredients and little time.

I begin with gathering all the necessary components, which include cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, vegetable oil, distilled white vinegar, sugar, and salt and black pepper. I then put all the ingredients in a big bowl and whisk in the water, vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.

  2. 1/2 cup of distilled white vinegar
  3. 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
  4. 1/4 cup of sugar

  6. Black pepper freshly ground, amount to taste
  7. 3 cucumbers peeled and sliced into 1/4 inch pieces
  8. 3 tomatoes cut into wedge-shaped pieces
  9. 1 onion sliced and separated into rings

Guidelines:

  1. Bring all the ingredients together.
  2. Combine water, vegetable oil, distilled white vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in a large mixing basin. Blend the contents
  3. well with a whisk.
  4. Toss in the wedged tomatoes, chopped onion rings, and sliced cucumbers. Until every component is covered equally, stir.
  5. Put the bowl in the fridge for at least two hours after covering it with plastic wrap.
