Whipped Feta & Cherry Tomato Flatbread

Ingredients:

1 flatbread or pizza base

150g feta cheese

2–3 tbsp Greek yogurt

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halve

1 tbsp olive oil

 

1 garlic clove, minced

 

Salt and pepper, to taste

 

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

 

Optional: balsamic glaze for drizzling

 

Directions:

 

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

 

In a bowl, blend feta cheese with Greek yogurt until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.

 

Spread the whipped feta evenly over the flatbread.

 

Toss cherry tomatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Scatter over the flatbread.

 

Bake for 10–12 minutes, until flatbread is golden and tomatoes are slightly roasted.

 

Garnish with fresh basil leaves and drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired. Serve warm.
